We are proud to announce that during the meeting on 2/11, the HOA voted to adopt the new restrictive covenants and bylaws with only 3 decenting votes. One minor change will be made to the RC to remove the text below from section 9.3.5.

"...subject to the Association’s acceptance and subject to the right of the Association to assess each such Lot Lake Owner for her (his) pro rata share of assessments as set forth in Subsection 9.3.3 above."
